Throughout his career, he has held multiple chief executive roles at hospice organizations, including Asana Hospice & Palliative Care and Life Choice Hospice, where he led organizational growth, operational excellence, and high-quality, compassionate patient care.

David began his career as a corporate lawyer and is known for his strategic vision, strong operational leadership, and deep commitment to advancing mission-driven hospice services.

Annemarie Switchulis brings over 30 years of nursing and leadership experience in hospice and palliative care. She began her career as an oncology nurse clinician and went on to serve as President and COO at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care. There, she led a nationwide network of programs and prioritized equitable access to care for patients and families, while fostering a culture that empowered employees to lead with compassion, confidence, and purpose.

Ben brings over a decade of healthcare leadership experience to his role as Senior Vice President at Arc Hospice. With a strong track record in business development and strategic partnerships, Ben is focused on expanding access to compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care.

Moshe Vail is the Chief Financial Officer of Arc Hospice & Palliative Care, He brings over a decade of financial leadership experience within the healthcare and hospice sectors, with deep expertise in accounting, financial operations, and organizational growth. Prior to joining Arc, Moshe held Controller roles at Asana Hospice and Platinum Health Services, overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and operational finance across multi-year tenures. Moshe holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Touro University and is recognized for his strong analytical approach and commitment to financial stewardship in mission-driven healthcare organizations.

Megan Heisse is a Master’s prepared nurse with 25 years of nursing experience. She has served many multi-cultural communities in hospice for over 15 years in 17 states. She is guided by the belief that every person has the right to choose their destiny and guide their care. Megan teaches every member of the hospice team, despite their role, that all systems and processes begin and end with the betterment of the patient and family hospice experience. She is passionate about providing care that is patient and family driven and creating plans of care that encompasses more than just medical care. The Arc hospice plan of care includes joy, love, and a passion for life left to live.

Lisa Dillon is the Vice President of Human Resources at Arc Hospice & Palliative Care, bringing over 26 years of experience in Human Resources and significant expertise in the healthcare and hospice sectors. Throughout her career, Lisa has held progressive HR leadership roles supporting employees and operations across multiple states. In her role at Arc, Lisa leads the organization's human resources strategy, with a focus on building strong teams, developing leaders, and enhancing the employee experience. She is passionate about fostering a workforce culture where employees feel valued, supported, and connected to the organization’s mission.

Denise is a strategic healthcare executive with more than three decades of experience leading operations, organizational growth, and high-performing teams across hospice, palliative care, and healthcare services. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations grow and evolve by strengthening operations, developing leaders, and building cultures rooted in compassion, accountability, integrity, and excellence. Denise believes exceptional organizations are built by empowered people united around a shared purpose. Her leadership is centered on developing people, strengthening organizations, and advancing the quality of care for those they serve.

Betsie has more than 15 years of healthcare experience, starting her career as a CNA and spending the past eight years serving patients and families in hospice care. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of clinical and leadership roles, always focusing on providing compassionate care and supporting those around her. Betsie is passionate about patient advocacy, staff development, and building strong teams where people feel supported and empowered. She believes that great hospice care starts with a great team and is driven by the meaningful impact hospice has on patients and families during some of life's most vulnerable moments. She enjoys connecting with people, mentoring others, and creating a culture where both patients and caregivers can thrive.

Rachelle Pierre is the National Director of Quality and Education at Arc Hospice and Palliative Care, where she guides clinical operations for patients across the full age spectrum, focusing particularly on adults and seniors receiving hospice and palliative care. Her leadership ensures that all care reflects Arc’s mission by being delivered with unwavering compassion, dignity, and clinical excellence. Rachelle manages clinical outcomes, compliance, and accreditation, working with interdisciplinary teams to uphold evidence-based practice. She champions a team culture built on equity, excellence, and accountability to provide patients and families with the highest quality, personalized hospice.

As the Administrator of Arc Texas Hospice, she brings over 30 years of experience in the skilled nursing and hospice industries. She is passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care and considers it a privilege to be part of something truly meaningful—celebrating patients’ lives and honoring their wishes with dignity and respect. Serving people is what hospice life is all about, and she is fully committed to that mission. Her goal is to provide the very best care and support to patients and their families during life’s most vulnerable moments. Outside of work, she is a proud wife, the mother of three grown sons—two of whom are Marines—and “Coco” to three beautiful grandchildren. She deeply values family in all its forms: her home family, her work family, and the friends who have become like family along the way. Chantal is a seasoned management professional with over 25 years of experience, bringing a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and team development. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and an Associate’s degree in Nursing, combining business acumen with clinical insight. Possesses 10 years of dedicated hospice experience, with a proven commitment to compassionate, patientcentered care and effective organizational leadership.

Samuel Ditchek is an experienced healthcare leader with more than a decade of healthcare administration experience, dedicated to developing innovative solutions that improve care and outcomes for patients and families. As the co-founder and creator of JPatible, one of the largest salivary DNA screening and matching programs for singles and couples in the United States, Samuel has combined healthcare innovation, education, and patient-centered care to address important needs in the communities he serves. In 2024, Samuel received the esteemed Sanofi Torch Award (Transforming Outreach in Rare Diseases and Creating Hope) in recognition of his contributions to serving families affected by Gaucher Disease and other genetic disorders, as well as his work advancing communal education and genetic screening programs. Throughout his career, Samuel has made quality assurance, operational excellence, and exceptional patient care central to his leadership philosophy. He is passionate about creating accessible, meaningful healthcare solutions and building programs that empower patients, families, and communities through education, advocacy, and improved access to care.

Leigh brings more than 20 years of experience in hospice and healthcare leadership and a heartfelt commitment to serving patients and families during life’s most vulnerable moments. Throughout her career, she has held progressive roles in admissions, marketing, community relations, and clinical program development, most recently as Director of Mission Advancement at Hospice of Marion County. Leigh is passionate about building meaningful community partnerships, supporting and inspiring teams, and expanding access to compassionate, high-quality care. Her work is guided by purpose, compassion and a deep belief in the hospice mission.

Melanie Stokes brings 43 years of nursing experience, including more than 20 years in oncology, hospice, and palliative care leadership. Melanie believes exceptional hospice care extends beyond symptom management to address the emotional, spiritual, and personal needs of patients and their families. Her leadership focuses on developing strong, compassionate teams and building meaningful community partnerships. She is committed to helping patients live as fully and meaningfully as possible while ensuring families feel supported throughout the end-of-life journey.

Ashley Meador is a compassionate Director of Clinical Services who began her career at the bedside as a hospice nurse, shaping a deeply patient-centered approach to care. Proud to serve her hometown, she finds hospice work especially meaningful, recognizing it as one of the most important moments in a family’s life and a true blessing to be part of. She leads with empathy, kindness, and respect, ensuring patients and families feel supported, understood, and genuinely cared for every step of the way.

Sara Beil is a mission-driven healthcare executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in hospice and post-acute care. Guided by a deep commitment to dignity, compassion and quality at the end of life, Sara has built a career focused on serving patients, families and caregivers with purpose and integrity. She is recognized for combining strategic vision with compassionate leadership, building high-performing teams, strengthening hospital and community partnerships and expanding access to exceptional hospice care. Throughout her career, Sara has championed quality outcomes, advanced veteran care initiatives, supported families through life's most difficult transitions and driven operational excellence that enables care teams to focus on what matters most: caring for people. Sara is passionate about fostering trusted relationships, advocating for the hospice mission, creating supportive environments for interdisciplinary teams and elevating the voices of caregivers.
